| In his fourth year with Windermere, Ted holds an Associate Brokers license in the state of Washington and is currently Assistant Managing Broker for the Queen Anne office in Seattle. He has also achieved the National Association of Realtors designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), specifically geared towards working with the senior population. As a Real Estate Professional, Ted puts his superior knowledge and understanding of the real estate transaction process to work for his clients, whether they are downsizing or first time homeowners. |
| Ted brings extensive relationship management experience to the real estate industry, formerly as Senior Trust Officer with The Harris Private Bank in Seattle, Washington. During Ted’s career, he has managed residential and commercial real estate portfolios as well as the purchase and sale of assets in those portfolios. A graduate of the Rockwell Institute and a resident of Seattle since 1995, Ted lives in the Capitol Hill neighborhood and is an avid gardener and home improvement veteran. |
